Review: Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm

Hi loves! This winter my lips where saved by Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm (10 EUR, 15ml). 79.5% of the ingredients are natural origins and it doesn't contain any parabens.

The lip balm comes in a glass jar and the formula of it is like butter, very thick. The Reve de Miel skincare range was created 20 years ago and the special ingredient in it is honey, which is perfect for dry skin.

I have to say its the most nourishing lip balm I have ever used. It makes my lips from the first use soft and prevents me getting chapped lips. I can feel how hydrating it is and the feeling stays all day. I need to apply it only twice a day, morning and evening. That guarantees my lips are always smooth and hydrated, even though I wear liquid lipsticks daily. Another thing I love about this product is the delicate citrus scent it has, its so yummy and refreshing. It makes me wanna taste it!

Before I tried this I loved my Sensai lip treatment, but I have found I prefer the Nuxe lip balm. It does a better job keeping my lips soft and hydrated and on Sephora its 10 euros. The Sensai lip treatment is almost 100 euros.

I think I'm the last person to try this, but if you are like me and haven't tried it, its worth checking out. Its one of the most amazing things I have discovered this year.

I'll leave a link to the lip balm here. I didn't find it on Sephora France, so I left link to Cult Beauty.

Review: Hoia Lemongrass Bodyscrub

Hi loves! I have been obsessing over a body scrub and I know its not the most glamorous thing in the world, but this one is brilliant. I have been using non stop Hoia Lemongrass Bodyscrub (75ml). The full size is 200ml and is 12.90 euros.

If Hoia is not familiar brand to you, its Estonian beauty brand and they make handmade, 100% natural and cruelty free beauty products.

The scrub comes in a little tub, which is plastic. The first thing I noticed when opening it up is the lovely lemongrass scent. Its one of my favorite scents in body care products. I love how refreshing it is.

The formula of the scrub is thicker and I feel with this type of scrubs all the dead skin cells come off. It contains shea butter and cocoa oil, which provide the hydration to the skin.

I like to use it all over the body. It does a great job getting all the dead skin cells off my skin and leaves it smooth and hydrated. I don't need to use a body lotion after using this scrub. That's why I love it so much. It makes it smooth and at the same time it nourishes the skin. Another plus of this scrub is that it makes your bathroom smell like lemongrass (and its strong) and its another reason I love it. I'm all about aromatic therapy and this scrub gives me the spa experience.

I'm all about these kind of sugar scrubs and I get the results I want with these. The only thing with natural beauty products is that you need to use it up fast, because the shelf life of it is only 6 months. I usually get one at the time and use it up and then pick up another one. If you are interested you can check it out here. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a new body scrub.

What type of body scrubs do you like?

Review: Nature Republic Aqua Super AquaMax Cream

Hi loves! I have been testing out Kbeauty brand Nature Republic. Its my fist time trying their products and I have been testing out their Aqua Super Aqua Max Cream (80ml, 8.64 EUR). Before jumping into this review I wanna let you know I have oily skin type and my skin is not sensitive.

It comes in a super cute packaging! I love the  green jar ( which is glass) its in and the cap of it makes it the cutest thing ever. The cap looks like the the cream inside (water gel). The formula of the cream is like a gel, which sinks into the skin effortlessly. It feels very refreshing and cooling on skin. It protects the skin from external environment by forming a moisture film over the skin. Hyaluronic acid helps to keep the skin moisture levels up longer.

I use it as a last step in my skincare routine. Its my morning moisturizer. You can see my morning skincare routine here, if you are interested. It sinks into the skin instantly and keeps me hydrated all day. The only thing that bothers me about this cream is the fragrance in it. Its so heavily fragranced! I would prefer something bit less or it to be totally fragrance free. I wouldn't recommend this cream for people who have sensitive skin type.

You can find the full ingredient list and the product itself here

Overall I'm happy with this cream. It keeps me hydrated all day and doesn't feel heavy. I also love the refreshing feeling it gives my skin. I also wakes me up in the morning :)

Do you like this type of creams?
