Review: Bellapierre Cosmetics Shimmer Collection 9 Stack | Iris

Hi loves, hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Today I'm happy to share a review on Bellapierre Cosmetics. They make 100% mineral makeup, which I really like. I picked up their Shimmer Collection 9 Stack and I have it in shade Iris (15.75g, €70.00). Like the name says the stack contains 9 mineral eye shadows. All together there is 7 different 9 Stacks available and I all have different names. I also own the Glamorous 9 Stack, which contains only glitters. You can read my review on it here.

I love the 9 Stacks, because all the shadows are on top of each other and they are perfect to have in my makeup kit. It takes up so few space and I have all the shadows I need for fun colorful look. And there is so many ways I can used these pigments. I can make them a lip color, an eyeliner, a blush or use it as nail polish.

I'm all about that pigment life, even though sometimes I don't show so much love to my pigments as I should. The stack Iris contains fun and bright colors. I like to use these mostly as an eyeshadow. These shades are so pigmented and are easy to work with. These work well together and also with other powder shadows.

Like the name says these are all shimmery/metallic shades. I feel the swatches don't do justice how metallic some of the shades are. You can all see these are so pigmented (swatches are down below) and I love I can easily use these as eyeliners with a damp brush.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron oxides (May contain: Carmine.)

Let's talk about the staying on power. I have used these pigments with and without eyeshadow primer. These stay on no matter what all day with out creasing or fading. I couldn't be more happy about these pigments.

I'm so happy to shave this fun color story in my collection and to be honest I would like to add all 7 into my collection. I already have 2, so I 5 to go :D You can check all the stacks out for yourself here.

Review: Bellapiérre Shimmer Roll

Hi loves! Today's review is on Bellapiérre Shimmer Roll in shade Champagne (2g). This can be used on face, eyes and on body.

The product comes in a tube packaging and has a roller to apply the product. I don't really like to use it that way. I tap some of it off on my hand and pick it up with a brush. That way I have more control how much product I use it and it also lets me use it on the eyes. I use it as highlighter and inner corner highlighter. It looks so bright and I can see it would fit a lot of different skin tones. It is also formulated with natural ingredients and contains pure pigment.

Ingredients: Mica, Dimethicone, +/- C177891, C177491, C177007, C177499.

I like to use it in the evenings when I go out, because its more in your face kinda highlighter, which you can see swatched on the left. The times when I use it, I really like the result and the glow it gives me. And I'm glowing like a star all evening :) It makes me wanna try their pressed highlighters as well.

I think for £7.00 its amazing product to have in your makeup bag for date nights or special occasion. If you like to wear it day to day it will also be a great item to have, plus the packaging is so compact that its perfect for travel.

Have you tried this product before?

Review: Ontic Minerals Compact Single Eyeshadows

Hi loves! Once again the weekend just flew by me. I did have fever on Friday and I just couldn't make myself write a blog post. That means this week you'll get 2. The first post is a review on Ontic Minerals Compact Single Eyeshadows in shade West Coast, Starfish, Scarlet, Moondust and Dewy Green (9.95€, 2g).

These just come in a pan and is easy to put into a magnetic palette, which I really like. The formula does contain vitamin E, which is a strong antioxidant and protects the skin against free radicals. It also enriched with jojoba oil, which moisturizes and softens the skin.

The overall quality of the shadows is good. These are pigmented and can be build up to full color. It would be good for beginners or you just want wash of color all over the lid. On swatches you can se how they are and there is one shadow, which I'm not happy at all, which you can see swatched down below. These feel more stiff in the pan and I didn't get any fall out when using these.

  • West Coast - is beautiful shimmery champaign shade. Its gorgeous highlighter for inner corner of the eye or on the face.
  • Starfish - is shimmery orange peachy shade. I love doing one shadow look with it. Looks so pretty all over the lid!
  • Scarlet - looks gorgeous in the pan! Its shimmery red brown shade, which doesn't look true to the color in the pan and it didn't swatch evenly at all.

  • Moondust - is shimmery blue gray with green sheen to it. I don't think I own any eyeshadow like this one, its so unique.
  • Dewy Green - is shimmery cool tone green with hint gray to it.

I have mixed feelings about these shadows. I do love the shades and find them unique. I would like the formula to be more buttery and some of the colors to be more true what they look like in the pan. But I have done beautiful looks with these and I'll keep using them. If you wanna check out their pressed single eyeshadows, you can find them here.

If you wanna see the looks I have created with these shadows you can check it out here and here.

Have you tried their pressed shadows before?

Review: Béllapierre Shimmer 9 Stack: Fabulous

Hi loves! This week I'll share with you guys something awesome from Béllapierre. I have finally ready to review their Shimmer 9 Stack in Fabulous ($90.00). This contains their 9 shimmer powders, which are loose shadows. All the shadows are stacked up on top of each other, so I can only open one at the time, but I like I can see them all at once and its compact, perfect for traveling ;)

I'll be showing a close up of all 9 shadows in this tower, because it didn't photograph very well when its all stacked up. Anyway you'll find the swaches down below.

These are all super pigmented pigments and perfect to glam up any eye look. I like to use these with glitter primer from NYX. Its also what I used on the swatches to make it stick better. Its just so much easier to use the pigments that way.

I have been wearing them on and off for sometime now and I really do love these as a lid color. The colors here are fun and bright. These also work well together and blend into each other easily and these also work well with other powder shadows in my collection.

The staying power of these shadows is amazing. I apply it in the morning and in the evening it looks as good as in morning.

This set is pricy number (I bought it in Estonia and it was way less, I think it was around 50 euros), but it will last me very long time and it just makes me wanna use more color and get out of my comfort zone. If you have read my other blog Pink Frenzy (link) sometime then you know how much I'm stuck in my nudes. I need some color in my life! I think everyone needs for special occasion. Anyway down below you can see swatches of the four shadows above.

  • Desire - is shiny pitch pink. I like its not too light.
  • Hurly Burly - is gorgeous shimmery purple.
  • Ocean - is a bight icy baby blue. Here is a look I did with it.
  • Provence - is a shimmery light purple.

Lets take a closer look of the other shadows in this stack. I'm sorry guys this post is so super long. But I love how pretty the shadows look in their little homes.

  • Reluctance -  is golden olive green. Its so stunning shade and here is a look I did with it.
  • Discoteque - is a brilliant light golden green. Its a perfect shade for fall.
  • Tropic - is bright green. I really wanna do cut crease eye look with it.
  • Celebration - is a gorgeous golden copper and here is a look I did with it.
  • Cinnabar - is shimmery red.

I'm so happy with these shadows. I have another 9 stack from them, which contains only glitters. I need to work with it bit more and then it will be up here. Hope you enjoyed this post and let me know your favorite mineral makeup brand.

If you are interested in this set, you can find it here.

Best Natural Beauty in 2017

Hi loves! Last year went by me so fast and in the beginning of every year I like to do ultimate favorites post. I haven't done any of natural beauty faves, so its time to share all the fantastic products I tried in 2017.

Makeup:

I have been loving Ontic Minerals and I tried so much from the last year. One of my favorites are their Mineral Bronzers and I have shade Sunblessed and Chocolicious (3g, 18.95€, review). These blend like a dream on skin and give the look of natural tan, at the same time both of these give a natural glow to the skin. Both shades are absolutely gorgeous and worth checking out, if you wanna try natural cosmetics or are on a market for new bronzer.
Continuing with Ontic Minerals, I have also added new Mineral Eyeshadows from them in my collection (review). Their eyeshadows are beautiful, specially the loose eyeshadows. They are intense, blendable and the packaging is awesome (there is no mess when using these). Hopefully I can add more colors into my collection this year. They do have some fun colors as well, which I have my eye on. I try to add more color into my looks and not just wear nudes ;)
Next is also Estonian brand and its Le'Maagi. Last year I tried their Eyeshadow in shade 24K Gold (review). The formula of this shadow is one of the best I have tried. It feels so creamy to the touch and the pigmentation of it is out of this world. What you see in the pan is what you get on the lid. I don't own any other eyeshadow, which preforms so well and looks so intense. It makes me wanna get every single shadow they make and see if all their shadows are so brilliant.

Next fave is from Bellapierre Cosmetics and its their Mineral Lipstick in shade Catwalk (review). The shade Catwalk is perfect everyday pinky nude. It goes well with any eye look, feels comfortable on lips and its long lasting for creamy lipstick. I already have picked up few more shades into my collection, which I'll share with you guys this year for sure, keep an eye out for that ;)

Skincare:

Lets continue with skincare faves and this year I didn't find many products to obsess over. One this, which is unique and worth mentioning is  Domina Elegans Golden Beauty Mask (review). This is a gel mask, which bubbles up when applied and get out all the dirt from the skin. I could feel it and my skin looked and felt amazing after using it (its also Estonian beauty brand). I have one of their other masks to try, but this is in my list of skincare items I wanna repurchase.

Next 2 items are from Aïcha and both have been new finds. I love their Cream Milk Cleanser and Salt Face Scrub (review). Both products are gentle to the skin. The cleanser is such a nice step in the morning to cleanse the skin and I love it doesn't dry out my skin and this applies to both products. If I want more hydration I remove the cleanser with toner. The scrub is brilliant as well. It gently remove off all the dirt and leaves my skin soft, smooth and hydrated. With both of these products I haven't felt any uncomfortable tightness on skin, which happens with so many other cleanser.

Hair & Body:

Best hair care find this year is Blessix Hair Silk + Vitamins (review). This is also Estonian beauty brand, which I discovered when I was in Ilu Mess (its Estonian beauty event).  This is used on wet hair, before blowdrying. This gem provides hydration to the hair and also protects against the heat. Every time I use it my hair looks so shiny, healthy and its so much easier to tame it. My hair can be hard to work with, because its naturally dry and wavy.

I have also used it on dry hair and that way it also works for me. It instantly hydrates, gives it shine and makes in manageable. I feel like I don't need to use as much hair oil when I have this hair spray in my routine.
The last awesome natural beauty product I discovered this year is Hoia Lavender, Rosemary & Grapefruit Bodywhip (review). If you are on a lookout for good hydrating body products, this is it. This feels light weight when scooped up and turns into oil when applied on skin. It keeps my skin hydrated all day and the next day and the next day. Its best thing ever!

This is all the awesome products I discovered this year. I'm so in love with every single one and highly recommend any of these items.

What beauty products did you discover last year?

Review: Ontic Minerals Mineral Eyeshadow | Sunrise in Tartu, I Think I'm Pink, Give me the Starts

Hi loves! I picked up few months ago 3 new to me Ontic Minerals Mineral Eyeshadows and the shades are Sunrise in Tartu, I Think I'm Pink and Give me the Starts (9.95 EUR, 2g). You can see my last post on the brand here. If you don't know its brand, its from Estonia and they make natural mineral makeup, which is not tested on animals and is vegan.

Their shadows comes in a little jars and I like that between the shifter and the cap there is no empty space, so the product doesn't come out and its not a mess to use it. I wish more mineral makeup brands would come out with this type of packaging. I love I can take these with me to go.

They use 100% pure minerals in their shadows and these can be used dry or wet. The formula also contains vitamin E and jojoba oil. All 3 shade I have are gorgeous! These are pigmented, long lasting and easy to blend out. I have been using these with other powder shadows and these all work well together.

Down below you can see swatches and I did use primer under the shadows (NYX glitter primer), because this is how I use them myself and its a loose shadow. That way its much better and easier to apply.

  • I think I'm Pink - is the lightest pink I own. It does look more white here, but its actually light pink with soft shimmer in it.
  • Sunrise in Tartu - is a light burned orange with hint of peach to it, which looks gorgeous in the crease. It does have bit of glow to it, but its not too much that I would feel uncomfortable applying it in the crease. I'm the weird one who does not apply shimmer in the crease. It looks just wrong to me.
  • Give me the Stars - is a orange brown shade with golden glitter in it, which is very fine and not noticeable at all. I also have been using it in the crease to darken things up and it goes well with the previous shadow I mentioned.

I haven't had any issue with these shadows from Ontic Minerals. These didn't crease on me or fade through out the day. Also these didn't irritate my sensitive eyes.

If you are interested checking out their mineral shadows (they also have pressed shadows) you can do so here. I personally really them and I have a discount code for you and you get 20% off your order with laura20 (its not an affiliate  code). it lasts till 2 of December.

Review: Bellápierre Shimmer Powders | Insist, Resonance

Hi loves! I have been playing with some bright shades from Bellápierre and its their Shimmer Powders (2.35g, 13EUR/11.20EUR).

These come in a little jars and have a shifter, so the product doesn't come out. These are ideal to use at home, but to take with you when traveling might be messy, because too much product comes out through the shifter.

The shades I picked up are Insist and Resonance. I buy their products usually when I'm in Estonia (Kaubamaja).

These are formulated with 100% pure mica powder and these are also 100% hypoallergenic and are suited for all skin types, even sensitive skin. I have sensitive eyes and these haven't caused any irritation, itchiness or felt uncomfortable on eyes.

Both shades are richly pigmented and you can see the swatches on the left. These are long lasting (I always use eyeshadow primer) and haven't creased on me and I can be sure these stay on me all day without fading.

You can get fall out with these, because it is a loose shadow. I always tap of my brush, that way I don't get any fall out and I don't ruin my base.

  • Insist - is a bright green with shimmer in it. I have been wearing it on the lid, but it also looks beautiful smudged on lower lash line for pop of colour. I love the shimmer is very fine and on the swatch it doesn't come out.
  • Resonance - is a bright pink and its also shimmery shadow. When light hits it, it has a gorgeous purple sheen to it. I have been doing winged out liner with it and the effect is amazing.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron oxides. May contain: Carmine.

I'm so happy I picked these up! I love how richly these are pigmented and how easy it is to work with these. It can be messy, but when you are careful its not an issue. I can't wait to add more of their loose shimmer powders in my collection :) If you are in Estonia you can find these beauties here and rest of Europe can find them here.

Do you use loose shadows?

Review: Ontic Minerals Mineral Pressed Eyeshadows & Pro Soft Pressed Foundation

Hi loves! Today I'm happy to share with you some new products from Ontic Minerals. They are company, which makes natural mineral makeup. Their products are not tested on animals and the formula is vegan.

I love their mineral loose shadows (review) and also their mineral foundation (review), but now they have also pressed shadows (6.50 EUR) and they came out with Pro Soft Pressed Foundation (8g, 26.95 EUR). I'm in shade PP04 Stories From Ivory Coast.

I love they came out with a magnetic palette as well, where I can put all of their pressed eyeshadows. Its quite big and will fit 18 of their shadows. The palette is 14.95 EUR (link), some reason I was thinking it was 10, but its still cheaper then the Z palette.

I have six of their shadows and one is their Earth Mix Trio (link, 6g, 18.95 EUR). Its the trio on the second row. I like I can easily remove the shadows from the little palette and put them all together into the magnetic palette. You can see all the other pressed shadows here.

The formula of the shadows feels buttery to the touch and I love how pigmented these are. These are perfect shades to wear everyday. These all have glow to them, which brightens up any I look I do. These apply evenly and is easy to blend out. I have used just these shadows to create looks and also used other powder shadows with these, and they work very well. I haven't has any issues and these don't cause any irritation to my eyes and I do have sensitive eyes. I did experience bit of fall out when using these, but only if I didn't tap off the excess. Down below you can see all the shadows swatched.

These lasted on me so well. I always wear eyeshadow primer with any eye look I do. These didn't crease through out the day or lose the color intensity. I super happy with these shadows <3

I also have been trying out their Pro Soft Pressed Foundation in shade Stories From the Ivory Coast (link) and it has SPF15. This is for all skin types, even sensitive skin. It absorbs oil, hides redness and imperfections. It comes in a sleek cardboard packaging, has mirror and closes magnetically. Its available in 4 different shades.

I most times go for the liquid foundation or I'll go for the loose mineral foundation from Ontic Minerals. I don't use contact powder as my base. But I do like to have a compact powder with me on the go and I have been carrying around this one. I have oily skin and I do need to do touch up through out the day and this has been my saver. It takes away oiliness, makes matte and gives me bit of extra coverage where I need it. It doesn't make me look powdery and its so convenient to use, plus it feels light weight on skin.

If you want to try out mineral makeup, which is 100% natural, I highly recommend trying out Ontic Minerals (link). You can get -20% off your order with a code laura20 (its not a affiliate code).

Down below you can find a video me using these gorgeous new pressed shadows:
